On September, 30th of 2008 the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev visited CHP-3 of “PAVLODARENERGO”, JSC.
At Pavlodar CHP-3 the Head of the Country held a Republican Conference on development of electric energy complex of the country.
Opening the conference N.A Nazarbayev said that even now the Republic faces the lack of electric power. The problem is aggravated by deterioration of the electric energy complex facilities. As development of the country industry requires more and more resources of power, the power supply problems become one the most important.
The power industry should become attractive to investments. And for this purpose, as the President marks, the balanced tariff policy and input of new capacities are necessary.
