On November 29th of 2007 “PAVLODARENERGO”, JSC concluded the Loan Agreement with European Bank for Reconstruction and Development for the amount of USD 30 million for the period of 10 years.

Above stated Loan is provided for realization of reconstruction program, modernization and technical re-equipment of energy facilities within a period from 2008 to 2013. Investment program is directed to increase the total capacity of generating source up to 100 MW, to improve reliability of heat and electric energy distribution and environmental improvement in the region. The sources of program financing are: bonded loan placement, borrowings, including Loan from EBRR, and the company own funds.
