On November 29th of 2007 “PAVLODARENERGO”, JSC concluded the Loan Agreement with European Bank for Reconstruction and Development for the amount of USD 30 million for the period of 10 years.

On October 22nd of 2005 the 40 years anniversary celebration of PAVLODARENERGO, one of the oldest energy system of Pavlodar region, took place. By the Resolution of the Soviet Union Council of Ministers #688 dated 22.10.1965 PAVLODARENERGO was established. In 1965 the first in the region high voltage line VL-220 KV was completed and converted for 110 kW voltage (substation Ermak Stroitelnaya – substation Pavlodarskaya).
