The document provides for intervention of the Bank into the Company's capital. According to the contract the EBRD will invest KZT 9.2 bln in the Corporation through acquisition of around 18% of its shares. The attracted funds will be spent for realization of the company?s investment program till 2013 on modernization of the CAPEC assets for increasing their efficiency, security and productivity. Alongside with the bank?s investments, the CAPEC plans to direct its own funds and the funds attracted at the KASE for realization of the investment program. ?Investing in the Corporation we hope to increase safety and stability of energy capacity and provide electricity and heat supply to the three regions ?
